智通财经APP讯，再鼎医药(09688)发布公告，于2024年11月18日(美国东部时间)以每股美国存托股份25.50美元(相当于每股相关股份约19.84港元(按每十股股份比1股美国存托股份的比率计算))完成向公众发售合共784.31万股已包销的美国存托股份。
此外，包销商已悉数行使彼等的期权，以发售价减去包销折让及佣金，购买额外117.65万股美国存托股份。有关期权美国存托股份的进一步交割于2024年11月19日(美国东部时间)完成。
经考虑悉数行使期权后，901.96万股美国存托股份的发售所得款项总额约为2.3亿美元(相当于约17.89亿港元);及经扣除发售相关的包销费用及其他开支后，发售所得款项净额约为2.16亿美元(相当于约16.82亿港元)。
公司拟将发售所得款项净额用于一般企业用途，更具体而言，用于继续研发其全球管线，推进其候选产品并推动产品商业化，以及寻求策略性业务及企业发展以及许可机会。
