金吾财讯 | 光伏太阳能股全线走低，彩虹新能源(00438)跌9.52%，福莱特玻璃(06865)跌6.88%，顺风清洁能源(01165)跌6.67%，协鑫科技(03800)跌5.04%，信义光能(00968)跌4.6%，新特能源(01799)跌3.27%。消息面上，交银国际表示，光伏制造行业规范条件（2024年本）正式公布，多晶硅新建和改扩建项目电耗标准相比7月的征求意见稿调低4千瓦时/千克，但该行认为或不及此前市场的乐观预期。该行预计新标准将导致部分存量项目被淘汰，或可限制部分新进入者新建产能，但龙头企业仍均可满足，因此产能限制作用或有限，但后续或仍将有供给侧改革政策出台。该行表示，光伏玻璃价格5月起持续下跌至今，由于严重亏损，7月起行业持续减产，目前已实现供需平衡，该行预计后续随着继续减产和组件增产，玻璃有望进入去库周期，价格反弹可期。在亏损压力下行业近期对供给侧改革的呼声渐高，该行预计政府或将出台提高能耗标准等政策，加快光伏玻璃供给出清和售价回升，并利好能耗更低的公司等龙头企业。
