智通财经APP获悉，华虹半导体(01347)急升逾3%，截至发稿，涨2.6%，报21.7港元，成交额3.91亿港元。
消息面上，据21财经报道，11月21日，有市场消息称，意法半导体（ST）宣布与中国晶圆代工厂华虹半导体合作的新计划，将与华虹合作在中国生产40nm节点的微控制器单元（MCU）。记者向华虹公司求证上述合作信息的真实性，内部人士承认，有相关的合作，但是目前没有更多可以官方披露的信息。
据悉，意法半导体是欧洲最大的半导体公司之一，也是世界最大的碳化硅芯片供应商之一，拥有特斯拉和吉利等电动汽车品牌客户。公司已在法国、意大利、新加坡、中国、菲律宾、马来西亚等地设立了近15家晶圆制造厂和封测厂，在运行IDM模式同时，也向客户提供晶圆代工服务。
