敏华控股中期业绩：总收益84.71亿港元，同比下降7.4%
财中社11月22日电敏华控股（01999）发布中期业绩，截至2024年9月30日止六个月，总收益为84.71亿港元，同比下降7.4%。其中，主营收益为83.05亿港元，同比下降7.1%。毛利为32.81亿港元，毛利率为39.5%，较去年同期提升0.4个百分点。期内溢利为11.95亿港元，同比增长0.3%。毛利率和净利润率双双提升，分别为39.5%和13.7%。成本方面，已售货品成本为50.25亿港元，同比下降7.7%，主要因原材料单价下降。
管理层指出，中国国内销售收入约49.75亿港元，同比下降约17.2%。然而，海外市场表现相对强劲，北美市场销售收入同比增长5.7%，达21.54亿港元。Home集团业务收入增长24.5%，达到3.71亿港元，主要得益于欧洲市场需求的提升。
在分部业绩方面，沙发及配套产品的收入为58.17亿港元，同比下降5.8%；床具及配套产品收入为12.09亿港元，同比下降18.9%；而其他产品收入为8.36亿港元，同比下降7.8%。整体来看，公司在面对市场挑战时，通过优化内部管理和开拓海外市场，实现了较为稳健的业绩。
