智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，中信重工机械股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”“中信重工”)董事会于近日收到乔文存的辞任函，乔文存因达到法定退休年龄，申请辞去公司副总经理职务，乔文存辞去公司副总经理职务后，不再担任公司任何职务。根据《公司法》《公司章程》等相关规定，乔文存提交的辞任函自送达董事会之日起生效。
