Peninsula Energy (ASX:PEN) appointed Frederic Guerin as chief operating officer, effective Nov. 25, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Guerin will be based in Wyoming and oversee all mining and processing operations as the mining firm looks to resume uranium operations at the Lance projects located in the state, the filing said.
The company's shares were up almost 2% in recent Thursday trade.
