11月22日，福瑞泰克(浙江)智能科技股份有限公司向港交所递交上市申请，联席保荐人为中信证券（维权）、中金公司、华泰国际、汇丰。

福瑞泰克是国内领先的量产级智能驾驶解决方案供应商，覆盖高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)及自动驾驶系统(ADS)技术，致力于通过与OEM客户的开放且深入的合作，为终端用户提供安全、舒适且智能的驾驶体验。

公司全栈自研了软硬件一体化智能驾驶平台ODIN。作为可扩展、可复用、可迭代的模块化平台，ODIN使公司能够以最优的成本、最佳的效率提供行业领先且灵活多样的软硬一体智能驾驶解决方案。公司的解决方案包括FT Pro、FT Max及FT Ultra，主要应用于智能汽车，并提供覆盖高速公路及城市驾驶、泊车等各种场景的L0级至L3级智能驾驶能力。

公司已成为中国智能驾驶解决方案国产替代及广泛部署的先锋。截至2024年6月30日，公司已与46家OEM建立业务合作伙伴关系，涵盖了按2023年汽车销量计的全部国内十大OEM，并拥有累计超过280个定点项目及累计超过200个量产项目，覆盖多样化且不断增长的车型。

公司已成为多家顶级OEM的首选供应商，根据灼识咨询的资料，以中国2023年L2级及L2+╱L2++级智能驾驶解决方案装车量计，公司在自主供应商中排名第三，市场份额为14.6%。

招股书显示，公司近年收入增长强劲，由2022年的3.28亿元增长至2023年的9.08亿元，收入同比增长177%。
