智通财经APP获悉，内房股盘中拉升，截至发稿，富力地产(02777)涨5.2%，报1.82港元；融创中国(01918)涨3.38%，报2.45港元；金辉控股(09993)涨3.26%，报3.48港元；龙光集团(03380)涨2%，报1.02港元。
消息面上，据证券时报，近两日，以降税为主体的新一轮楼市优化政策，在一线城市集中落地。同时，广州等多个城市还围绕购房资格、收储等方向进一步提出细化政策。统计数据显示，10月份房地产市场出现积极变化，11月以来重点城市新房网签成交也保持较高活跃度。分析认为，不断落地的增量政策彰显了在当前市场情况下，政府维稳房地产市场的决心，此时态度大于力度，预期后续仍有进一步宽松的可能。
中泰证券指出，随着“止跌回稳”的政策定调，以及核心住房政策优化调整，未来行业数据有望随着政策的持续推出探底企稳，继续看好板块的投资机会。在核心城市政策放松以及“去库存”的推动下，建议关注布局一二线城市且业绩稳健、安全度较高的房企。
