智通财经APP获悉，晨鸣纸业(01812)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.41%，报1.3港元，成交额1140.68万港元。
消息面上，晨鸣纸业近日发公告称，由于造纸业务低迷，公司正面临高达23.94亿元的债务逾期，受此影响，约71.7%的产能被迫停产、限产，影响月度浆纸产量约58万吨、纸销量约35万吨，公司正全力筹措流动资金，积极复工复产。
值得注意的是，11月8日晚间，该公司曾公告换帅。在晨鸣纸业工作了37年的陈洪国宣布辞去董事长一职，其妻子李雪芹也辞去了公司副总经理一职。财务方面，今年三季度，公司亏损7.39亿元，上年同期亏损8021.33万元，同比扩大820.98%。
