张朝阳：互联网没有创新必然被淘汰
11月21日，在世界互联网大会的企业家论坛上，搜狐创始人、董事局主席兼首席执行官张朝阳与周源、韩坤等互联网企业家围绕“创新发展、网聚未来”激情对话。
今年是世界互联网大会乌镇峰会的第十一个年头，也是中国互联网发展三十周年。在张朝阳看来，过去三十年里，互联网从PC端到移动端，从文字、图片到视频和直播，从频道分发到自媒体、算法推荐，再到电子商务与人工智能驱动，经历了深刻而漫长的演变。
张朝阳强调，互联网创新非常重要，如果没有创新就会被淘汰。
如何打造创新型企业？张朝阳认为，创新不仅是创造力的体现，更是实践落地后的成功。同时在企业管理方面，创新能力需要深植于企业文化，“创始人、管理层形成一种文化，长期下来就会形成你的公司是什么样，这种文化能够为企业应对复杂挑战提供韧性。”
此外，企业创新也面临着诸如资金短缺、用户成本、收入模式优化等多种挑战，但张朝阳认为，正是这些问题构成了企业成长的燃料。在他看来，创新不是短期行为，而是在企业文化的驱动下，长期深耕于某一个领域，走出一条独特的路。
