智通财经APP获悉，智数科技集团(01159)午后无量暴涨，盘中一度涨超455%，截至发稿，涨89.87%，报1.5港元，成交额仅4.71万港元。
据悉，星光文化与今年7月份发布公告，公司英文股份简称将由"STARLIGHT CUL"更改为"SMART DIGI TECH"，而中文股份简称将由"星光文化"更改为"智数科技集团"，自2024年8月29日上午九时正起生效。公司于联交所的股份代号"1159"保持不变。
智数科技集团则于8月底公布2024年中期业绩，持续经营业务收益为2556.9万港元，同比减少42.19%；母公司拥有人应占亏损1128.6万港元，同比收窄55.34%；每股亏损1.15港仙。此外，天职已自10月17日起辞任公司核数师，原因为公司与天职未能就2024财政年度的审核费用达成共识，公司委任柏淳为新核数师。
