智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，为进一步增强股东回报能力，为投资者创造更多价值，基于公司组织章程细则及股息政策，其已批准采纳一项《股东回报规划》。
据此，公司原则上每年进行两次现金分红，现金分红方案应充分考虑未来日常经营活动和投资活动的资金需求以及未来的融资成本及效率，确保现金分红方案不影响公司可持续经营及发展。公司在当年有可供分配利润的条件下，如未来十二个月无重大投资计划或重大现金支出等事项，将采取现金方式分配股利，2024 年度现金分红金额占当年归属于普通股股东净利润的比例不低于 27%，2025 年不低于 28%，力争于 2026 年达到 30%。
