Hisense Home Appliances Chairman Steps Down; Successor Named

Due to retirement age and personal choice, Dai Hui Zhong stepped down as chairman of Hisense Home Appliances (HKG:0921, SHE:000921) but will continue to serve as an executive director.

The Chinese appliance maker appointed Gao Yu Ling, its chief financial officer, as the new board chairperson, according to a Thursday disclosure with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Sun Chang Chun, deputy chief accountant of Qingdao Hisense Hitachi Air-Conditioning Systems, will replace Gao as CFO.
