消息面上，11月15日，俄罗斯政府宣布，将暂时限制向美国出口浓缩铀。此举旨在反制美国之前禁止进口俄罗斯铀。中邮证券指，俄政府临时禁止向美国出口浓缩铀，铀价短期将有提振。招银国际则表示，中广核矿业将受惠于铀价上升的长期趋势。
中信证券指出，AI用能需求叠加减碳目标驱动美国核电快速发展，近年来互联网企业频繁与核电运营商签订长期购电协议。该行认为美国核电正处于复苏阶段，SMR等新技术完美契合AI用能需求及减碳目标，有望深度受益数据中心等新兴用能需求。建议从核燃料（铀）、核电设备、乏燃料处理、核电运营商等几个维度进行投资。
