华领医药将接管华堂宁商业化责任，终止与拜耳协议
财中社11月22日电华领医药-B（02552）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司华领医药技术（上海）有限公司计划自2025年1月1日起，将其开发的用于治疗2型糖尿病的首创葡萄糖激酶激活剂华堂宁®的商业化责任过渡至公司。该决策源于与拜耳医药保健有限公司于2020年8月17日建立的合作关系，该合作赋予拜耳在中国的独家商业化权。
自拜耳合作以来，华堂宁®已取得多个重要进展，包括于2022年10月获得中国国家药品监督管理局的销售批准，并自2024年1月1日起纳入国家医保药品目录。截至公告日，华堂宁®已进入中国2000多家医院，并被中华医学会糖尿病学分会纳入《中华糖尿病防治指南（2024版）》。为顺利过渡，公司将终止与拜耳的协议，并承诺启动以患者为中心的过渡计划，同时可能寻求其他潜在合作伙伴以支持华堂宁®的持续商业销售。
