中金发布研报称，万国数据-SW 3Q24经调整EBITDA同比增长15%，符合市场预期。受益AI需求，公司3Q24国内数据中心新增使用面积超过2.5万平，国内单季度新增订单共计56MW。国内+海外当季新增上架面积1.9万平，整体上架率同比+2.5ppt至74.4%，环比+1.1ppt。公司在国内核心区位布局超大规模数据中心，随着国内云厂商资本开支上升，公司将平衡资本开支与收入，对国内项目选择性推进。
该行续指，公司海外业绩高速成长主要得益于东南亚持续高涨的市场需求。截至3Q24，公司海外在运营129MW；在建320MW；上架103MW，公司预计约300MW将在18个月内进入上架状态；在手远期储备747MW；需求端，3Q24签约环比净增43MW至431MW，新增巴淡岛34MW签约容量和38MW预留容量，并计划进入泰国部署数据中心，公司预计将在曼谷开发总IT容量约120MW的数据中心园区。
