Slater & Gordon’s former human resources chief has accused the private equity-owned law firm of unfairly sacking her after she complained about the “deliberate and systemic” underpayment of wages.
The claim relates to a decade-long miscalculation of leave entitlements, which resulted in the law firm underpaying staff by about $340,000.
