智通财经APP获悉，中国重汽(03808)现涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.45%，报23.1港元，成交额2676.65万港元。
消息面上，第一商用车网公布10月重卡市场销量数据。10月我国重卡行业销量约6.3万辆（批发口径，包含出口和新能源），环比上涨9%，同比下滑22%，减少了约1.8万辆；1-10月，我国重卡市场销售各类车型约74.6万辆，累计降幅扩大至5%。财信证券指出，以旧换新政策刺激终端需求，年底重卡销量有望环比增长。
此外，中国重汽发布公告，为根据中国相关法规及政策，落实一家企业集团只能设立一家财务公司的规定，山东重工提议整合集团内部两间财务公司的资源。山东重工集团财务的现有股权持有人及中国重汽(香港)，同意向山东重工集团作出总金额为55.76亿人民币的增资。其中，中国重汽将出资34.848亿人民币。增资完成后，公司将于山东重工财务公司权益总额的37.5%中拥有权益，而山东重工财务公司将被视为公司的联营公司。
