北京能源(00686.HK) 公布，附属京能发展与兴业国际信托订立信托合约，京能发展已有条件将基础资产委托予兴业国际信托及作为受益人的利益就资产支持商业票据发行担任信托受托人及管理机构。资产支持商业票据的发行规模将为30亿元人民币(下同)，料相关发行产生亏损约13.4万元。
集团计划将约70%的资产支持商业票据发行事项的所得款项用于偿还现有债务，及余下约30%的资产支持商业票据发行事项的所得款项用于日常营运。董事会认为资产支持商业票据发行事项可令集团的集资渠道多元化，获得低成本资金，从而用于改善集团的融资结构并提升其营运活动及投资。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
