智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)回落逾6%，截至发稿，跌4.78%，报4.38港元，成交额2516.72万港元。
消息面上，香港宽频公布，董事会已收到潜在要约人中国移动香港提出无约束力建议，表示可能提出现金收购要约，以收购公司全部已发行普通股份。公司与潜在要约人仍在讨论该等建议包括价格的条款。此前有传闻称，中国移动愿意以每股最少5港元收购香港宽频主要股东的持股。
值得注意的是，香港宽频近日公布截至今年8月底止全年业绩，营业额106.51亿港元，同比减少9%。股东应占溢利1027.7万港元，上年同期亏12.67亿港元，同比扭亏为盈。瑞银表示，香港宽频下半财年收入逊于预期，但EBITDA则胜于预期。
