智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，该公司接获姚国梁先生(姚先生)通知，其已于香港及英属处女群岛对(其中包括)Forever Winner International Ltd.(FWI)、王健生先生(王先生)、Sino Century Holdings Limited(Sino Century)及夏永玲女士(夏女士)提起法律诉讼，据姚先生告知，原因是其在未经其批准的情况下，其遭不恰当罢免了其在FWI的董事职务，而夏女士获委任为FWI董事以取代其职务。
根据FWI于香港联合交易所有限公司网站上提交的权益披露，持有本公司49.06%已发行股份的FWI由姚先生(透过其企业工具，即金耀控股有限公司)及王先生(透过其企业工具，即Sino Century)共同控制，各占50%。
据姚先生告知，姚先生提起的上述法律诉讼旨在(其中包括)获得针对王先生、SinoCentury和FWI的禁令救济，以维持FWI的现状，并限制夏女士行使FWI董事的任何权力。
