智通财经APP获悉，“美版贴吧”Reddit(RDDT.US)周五美股盘前跌超6%。消息面上，此前有报道称，Reddit的股东Advance Magazine Publishers正寻求以每股145.38-148.54美元的价格出售780万股Reddit股票，以筹集至多12亿美元。
据报道称，Advance Magazine Publishers寻求利用Reddit的股票建立一项信用工具，同时购买Reddit股票的衍生品以间接维持其所有权股份。数据显示，截至9月30日，Advance Magazine Publishers持有Reddit约24%的A类和B类普通股。
不过，Advance Magazine Publishers在周四提交的一份文件中表示：“Advance Magazine Publishers过去没有、现在也不会因为进行交易或其他原因而出售发行人的任何股份，并打算继续作为发行人的长期股东。”
此外，腾讯披露称，该公司出售了对Reddit的大量持股。根据提交给美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的文件，腾讯11月19日以平均每股133.76美元的价格出售了65.50万股Reddit股票，在11月14日至11月18日期间以平均每股约129.38美元的价格出售了88.26万股，在11月11日至13日以平均每股132.19美元的价格出售了近150万股。在总计价值超4亿美元的抛售后，腾讯对Reddit的持股减至775万股。
