智通财经APP讯，北京首都机场股份(00694)发布公告，于2024年11月22日，公司与母公司订立资产租赁合同，据此，公司(作为承租人)同意向母公司(首都机场集团有限公司，作为出租人)租赁租赁资产，自2024年11月22日起至2027年11月21日止为期3年。于资产租赁合同的3年期限内，公司须向母公司支付总额为人民币5974127.94元(含税)的租赁费用(有待最终调整)。
据悉，租赁资产包括以D2为编号的滑行道、以C8为编号的联络道、机场巡逻道路、指示牌、滑行道灯光及其他支持D2滑行道北延工程(二期)项目运行的附属设施。出租予公司的租赁资产将用作北京首都机场运行用途。
