亚洲果业累计购买8.5个比特币 总对价约82万美元
财中社11月22日电亚洲果业（00073）发布公告，董事会于2024年11月15日至11月19日期间在公开市场净购买2.5个比特币，支付总对价约为23万美元（约180万港元，不包括交易成本）。随后，董事会于11月21日再次购买2.5个比特币，支付总对价约为24万美元（约190万港元），并于11月22日购买3.5个比特币，支付总对价约为35万美元（约270万港元）。截至公告日期，集团已累计购买8.5个比特币，总对价约为82万美元（约640万港元，不包括交易成本）。
根据上市规则，第一次和第二次购买合并后构成须予披露交易，因适用的百分比比率超出5%但少于25%。第三次购买单独计算也构成须予披露交易。董事会认为，此次购买符合公司及股东整体利益，且所用资金均来自集团内部资源，购买的比特币将存放在持牌加密货币交易平台上。
