龙源电力续订金融服务协议 预计2025年交易额达330亿元
财中社11月22日电龙源电力（001289/00916）发布关于公司与国家能源集团财务有限公司续订《金融服务协议》暨关联交易的公告。公司于2024年11月22日与国能财务签署了为期一年的金融服务协议，协议有效期为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。此协议的续订经过必要的审议程序，独立董事认为条款公正合理，符合公司及股东整体利益，且未损害中小股东的权益。
根据前次关联交易的数据，国能财务在2022年4月至2024年10月期间向公司提供的金融服务中，直接贷款、票据承兑及贴现、保函和应收账款保理等服务的实际发生金额为167.98亿元，预计2025年将提高至330亿元。此外，国能财务吸收公司存款的每日最高余额预计将从29.93亿元增加至9亿元，服务费用总额上限设定为2000万元。此交易旨在优化公司的财务管理，提高资金使用效率并降低融资成本。
2024年前三季度，龙源电力实现收入263.50亿元，归母净利润54.75亿元。
