Lu Tao has resigned as China Oilfield Services' (HKG:2883, SHA:601808) president due to the adjustment of his work arrangement effective Wednesday, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The move came about due to the adjustment of Lu's work arrangement, according to the oilfield surveying services company.
