Bitdeer Technologies Group (BTDR) said Friday it has priced $360 million worth of 5.25% convertible senior notes due 2029 in a private offering.
The tech company said it has also granted the initial purchasers of the notes an option to buy up to an additional $40 million worth of the notes.
The sale is expected to close Tuesday.
