【大河财立方消息】11月22日，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局行政处罚信息显示，凯里东南村镇银行有限责任公司因未严格执行风险管理及内控制度严重违反审慎经营规则，被罚30万元。

　　时任凯里东南村镇银行行长周天华，因对凯里东南村镇银行上述违规事项负有责任，被罚5万元。

　　天眼查APP显示，贵州银行持有凯里东南村镇银行20％股份，是其第一大股东。
