　　中铝国际全资子公司长沙有色冶金设计研究院有限公司、中国有色金属工业昆明勘察设计研究院有限公司、沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司在广东联合产权交易中心以公开挂牌方式实施增资，引入中铝穗禾、交银投资、建信投资、农金高投二期共4家投资人，本次关联交易事项尚需提交公司股东大会审议批准。此次增资完成后，公司仍为上述三家子公司的控股股东，不会改变公司合并报表范围。本次增资价格依据评估报告并结合挂牌结果确定，各投资方按约定出资，且已签署相关增资协议。本次增资有利于满足标的公司长期发展战略，提升公司盈利能力等，但后续实施存在不确定性。
