SPROCOMM INTEL表示，已即时采取步骤作出一切必要及合理查询，以寻找股份价格及成交量近日出现波动的原因。据董事会目前可掌握的资讯，除公司因应证券及期货事务监察委员会于同日所发出公告的需要而于本月19日刊发有关公司股权高度集中的公告外，董事会并未发现导致股价及成交量大幅波动的任何其他原因。
SPROCOMM INTEL亦指，集团业务运作一切如常，集团业务营运及财务状况均无任何重大不利变动，而公司控股股东的持股权亦无任何变动或质押。
另外，董事会亦议决成立一专责小组以就证监会公告载列的据称调查结果进行一切必要及合理调查，特别是关于股份市场的真实性，以及公司遵从联交所证券上市规则下的公众持股量规定的情况。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
