Sapphire Corp. (SGX:BRD) shareholders approved the appointment of Forvis Mazars as the company's new auditor, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The move was approved at an extraordinary general meeting where shareholders voted to replace Foo Kon Tan.
