Audio Pixels Holdings (ASX:AKP) raised AU$ 1 million through the issuance of a convertible note to an investor, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The note is convertible into fully paid ordinary shares at a price of AU$9.04 each, bearing an interest rate of 12% per annum, and will mature on Dec. 31, 2025, the filing said.
The note has a conversion floor price of AU$5.
The investor will receive 200,000 unlisted options exercisable at AU$10.84 and will expire on May 4, 2027.
