Venture Corp’s Substantial Shareholder Buys 279,700 Shares; U.S Stake to 7.075%
US-based financial services company, Ameriprise FInancial, has upped its stake in Venture Corporation V03to 7.075% from 6.979% previously.
On Nov 15, Ameriprise bought 279,700 shares from the market for $3.5 million, or $12.67 per share.
Prior to this transaction, Ameriprise disposed of 253,000 shares on Oct 15 for $3.5 million, or $13.85 apiece.
Shares in Venture Corporation closed 1 cent higher, or up 0.08%, at $12.91 on Nov 20.
