金吾财讯 | 华领医药(02552)公告，于2024年11月21日，其全资附属公司华领上海向拜耳医药保健有限公司发出书面通知，表示有意自2025年1月1日起，将公司开发用于治疗2型糖尿病的首创葡萄糖激酶激活剂华堂宁®（dorzagliatin片剂）在中国的商业化责任过渡至公司。
于2020年8月17日，有关各方就华堂宁®在中国的商业化建立合作关系并订立相关的独家推广服务协议。根据协议，拜耳获得华堂宁®于中国的独家商业化权。自拜耳合作以来，已达成数个与华堂宁®相关的里程碑。该等里程碑包括：华堂宁®于2022年10月获中国国家医药品监督管理局批准在中国销售；其自2024年1月1日起纳入国家医保药品目录(NRDL)；截至本公告日期，其已进入中国2,000多家医院；及其最近被中华医学会糖尿病学分会纳入《中国糖尿病防治指南（2024版）》。
