青岛控股出售淮翼建设95%股权 预计收益411万元
青岛控股（00499）发布有关出售附属公司所持有的95%股权的主要交易。根据公告，买方已成功中标，以4365万元收购核建青控（公司拥有51%权益的附属公司）所持有的淮翼建设95%股权。预计核建青控将在五个工作日内与买方签订最终协议，待交割后，淮翼建设将不再是公司的附属公司。
此次出售事项的最高适用百分比率超过25%但低于75%，因此构成公司的主要交易，需遵循上市规则相关规定。公司已获得控股股东华青国际的书面批准，持股比例约为69.02%。预计此次交易将为公司带来未经审计的收益约为411万元，出售所得净额预计为4135万元，计划用于公司的运营资金。董事会认为此次出售将有助于优化资源配置，提升公司的整体财务状况。
