龚正会见花旗集团首席执行官范洁恩 推动金融开放举措先行先试
上海市市长龚正昨天会见了美国花旗集团首席执行官范洁恩一行。
龚正说，当前，上海正在加快建成具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市，“五个中心”建设是重中之重。金融是上海最重要的核心功能之一，金融市场交易总额位居世界城市前列。展望未来，上海经济长期向好的基本面和高质量发展的大趋势没有变，我们将推动金融领域开放举措先行先试，持续集聚国际化、总部型、功能性金融机构，加快打造一流国际金融中心。欢迎花旗集团将更多全球功能放在上海，积极参与上海全球资产管理中心建设，以金融服务助力中资企业“走出去”。同时，欢迎花旗集团继续参加陆家嘴论坛。上海将一如既往地打造市场化、法治化、国际化的一流营商环境，促进各类企业在沪发展壮大。
