华领医药(02552.HK) 公布，其全资附属华领上海向拜耳发出书面通知，表示有意自明年1月1日起，将公司开发用于治疗2型糖尿病的首创葡萄糖激酶激活剂华堂宁(dorzagliatin片剂)在中国的商业化责任过渡至公司。
于2020年8月17日，有关各方就华堂宁在中国的商业化建立合作关系并订立相关的独家推广服务协议，拜耳获得华堂宁于中国的独家商业化权。为实现过渡，公司有权并计划自明年1月1日起终止协议。自目前起至终止生效日期止，拜耳与公司将继续履行协议项下的义务并承诺启动一个友好的、以患者为中心的过渡计划。为支持华堂宁在中国的持续商业销售，公司可能会寻求其他潜在合作伙伴，以在中国进行华堂宁的商业化。(jl/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
