卓越商企服务(06989.HK) 公布，其全资附属卓越物业向卓越置业出售公司的间接全资附属深圳市卓投小额贷款全部股本权益，代价为3.38亿元人民币(下同)，预计集团不会因出售事项而录得任何收益或亏损。而因出售事项而收取约8,631万元的现金所得款项，集团将动用该现金所得款项作为一般营运资金。
同时，卓越物业向卓越置业收购深圳市卓越不动产投资50%股权及东莞塘厦镇大坪林坪路39号骏豪商务中心的商务公寓(抵销资产)，总代价为2.51亿元。
深圳市卓越不动产投资另外50%股权由万科(02202.HK) 持有，主要业务为自有房屋租赁；国内贸易；停车场管理；受托资产管理、投资管理、商务信息咨询。目标资产包括3栋建筑，即位于上海市五角场中心区及总建筑面积为90,713.34平方米的100米高主楼及50米高双子塔、下沉式花园广场。
公司认为出售事项能剥离非主营业务，聚焦发展主营业务，有利于公司的健康可持续发展，维护股东利益。
