智通财经APP获悉，晨鸣纸业(01812)反弹逾6%，截至发稿，涨4.58%，报1.37港元，成交额1944.02万港元。
消息面上，晨鸣纸业突发公告称，由于造纸业务低迷，公司正面临高达23.94亿元的债务逾期，目前被冻结的银行账户达到65个，受此影响，约71.7%的产能被迫停产、限产。值得注意的是，此前11月8日晚间，该公司曾公告换帅。在晨鸣纸业工作了37年的陈洪国宣布辞去董事长一职，其妻子李雪芹也辞去了公司副总经理一职。
晨鸣纸业在公告中表示，目前公司正多途径拓宽融资渠道，努力筹措偿债资金，并积极与债权人沟通，协商展期、调整还款计划等方式的偿债方案；同时，公司将采取有效措施尽全力保障生产经营，继续加大非主业资产处置力度，努力改善公司经营状况。晨鸣纸业相关负责人也表示，当地政府已成立专班，全力支持企业渡过难关。
