Ramaco Resources prices $50M debt offering via issuance of senior unsecured notes due 2029

Ramaco Resources (NASDAQ:METC) said Thursday that it has priced its previously announced public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2029, for an expected gross proceeds of approximately $50 million, and with an option to buy an additional $7.5 million for underwriters.
The notes accrue 8.375% yearly interest, paid on the 30th of January, April, July, and October starting January 30, 2025.
The notes will mature on November 30, 2029, and will be issued in minimum denominations of $25.00 and integral multiples of $25.00 in excess thereof.
The offering is expected to close on November 27, 2024.
The company intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including funding future investments, making capital expenditures, and funding working capital.
