天津银行定于12月11日召开股东大会审议重要决议
财中社11月21日电天津银行（01578）发布公告，定于2024年12月11日召开第三次临时股东大会，地点位于天津银行东楼办公区。此次会议将审议多个决议案，包括委任两位独立非执行董事、变更外部审计机构、调整2024年度投资计划，以及批准2024年至2026年的资本补充规划和相关发行方案。
为确保股东的参与，天津银行将在2024年12月6日至12月11日期间暂停股份过户登记，股东需在2024年12月5日下午4时30分前提交过户文件以确认出席权利。会议预计不会超过半日，股东的交通及食宿费用需自理。
