智通财经APP获悉，中国铁塔(00788)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3%，报1.03港元，成交额1.7亿港元。
消息面上，11月21日，中国铁塔发布公告，董事会建议按每10股每股面值人民币1.00元的现有股份合并为1股每股面值人民币1.00元的合并及经削减股份；及公司的已发行总股本由人民币1760.08亿元减少至人民币176.01亿元的基准实施建议股份合并及削减股本。
于本公告日期，现有H股按每手2000股现有H股进行买卖。董事会建议，待建议股份合并及削减股本生效后，将于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由2000股现有H股更改为500股合并及经削减H股。
