11 月 25 日消息，欧盟委员会周一宣布，美国耐摔玻璃制造商康宁公司已经同意放弃与手机制造商的所有独家协议，以解决欧盟对该公司可能存在反竞争行为的担忧。

欧盟委员会本月早些时候表示，已对康宁公司与苹果等手机制造商以及玻璃原材料加工公司之间的独家供应协议展开反垄断调查。欧盟委员会认为，这些协议可能导致竞争对手玻璃生产商无法进入市场的大部分领域。

据IT之家了解，康宁公司以其 Gorilla Glass（大猩猩玻璃）品牌销售用于手机、平板电脑和智能手表等设备的耐摔玻璃。

作为其提议的让步的一部分，康宁公司还承诺将不再向其他公司强加采购要求，并且不再以这些采购要求作为提供价格优惠的前提条件。
