消息面上，据11月25日市场消息报道，广州市太古仓复建区旧厂地块更新改造项目-太古仓壹号，从签订土地出让合同到动工仅用三个月，预计2025年下半年竣工。据悉，该项目总投资约20亿元人民币，总建筑面积约8.5万平方米，包括16层塔楼3栋、裙楼3层、商业独栋7幢及地下3层。
