【新城发展：罗兵咸永道同意辞任核数师，更换为致同会计师事务所】金十数据11月26日讯，新城发展控股(01030.HK)发布公告，在与核数师罗兵咸永道会计师事务所沟通后，罗兵咸永道同意辞任本公司核数师，自2024年11月25日起生效。更换的原因，新城发展称，主要是因近期市场的信息，基于审慎原则，并综合考虑本公司现有业务状况及对未来审计服务的需求，本公司建议更换核数师。致同(香港)会计师事务所有限公司获委任为新城发展新核数师，自2024年11月26日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
