大新银行集团子公司收购瑞宏行全部股权 交易价1.84亿港元
财中社11月26日电大新银行集团（02356）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司大新银行与大新金融于2024年11月26日签署买卖协议，收购瑞宏行有限公司的全部已发行股本，交易总价为1.84亿港元。瑞宏行为大新金融的全资附属公司，主要从事物业投资，并将成为大新银行的间接全资附属公司，其财务业绩将合并计入大新银行集团的业绩。
根据瑞宏行截至2024年11月13日的管理账目，其资产净值为1.84亿港元，物业的账面价值为1.85亿港元。瑞宏行在2022年和2023年分别录得税前亏损4165万港元和4681万港元。此次收购将使大新银行获得物业的所有权和控制权，以加强其在铜锣湾的分行网络，并满足运营需求。大新银行计划在现有租约于2025年3月到期后，利用该物业作为铜锣湾分行。
