财中社11月26日电BOSS直聘（02076/BZ）发布自愿公告，提及公司于2024年11月25日通过内部资源，委托受托人在公开市场上购买了40万股A类普通股，折合20万股美国存托股。这一购买行为是基于公司于2022年12月14日批准的首次公开发售后股份计划。
此次购买的A类普通股占公司已发行及流通在外股份总数的约0.04%，每股平均购买价格为6.31美元（不包括相关开支）。购买后，受托人持有的A类普通股余额为2576万股。公司表示将不时检讨并全权决定授予合资格参与者的A类普通股数量，截至公告日，尚未授予任何股份奖励。
