智通财经APP讯，大新银行集团(02356)发布公告，于2024年11月26日，大新银行(公司的全资附属公司)与大新金融订立买卖协议，大新金融已同意出售，而大新银行已同意收购瑞宏行的全部已发行股本(包括该物业)，代价为1.84亿港元。于本公布日期(完成前)，瑞宏行为大新金融的全资附属公司，主要从事物业投资及持有该物业(唯一资产)。于完成后，瑞宏行将成为公司的间接全资附属公司及其财务业绩将合并计入集团的业绩。
该物业为香港铜锣湾轩尼诗道482号泰港大厦地下AA号及地库A号。
公告称，大新银行早前向瑞宏行租赁该物业的地库部分作为其铜锣湾分行之用直至2019年3月11日。该物业因需进行若干建筑工程，大新银行将其铜锣湾分行搬迁到自第三方租赁的邻近物业，建筑工程其后于2020年年初完成。收购可让大新银行于具策略性的位置获得其主要物业的拥有权及全权控制并可加强分行网络及满足其营运需要。大新银行计划将现时铜锣湾分行的租约于2025年3月完结后，以该物业或该物业当中的大部分作为铜锣湾分行。
