据港交所权益披露资料显示，信置(00083.HK) 主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达早前于场内增持维他奶(00345.HK) 200万股，增持后黄志达名下持有维他奶股份数目为1.18亿股，持股比例增至11.04%。
维他奶集团执行主席罗友礼在中期业绩发布会上表示，媒体应就相关增持事件询问该名投资者，并直言“我地都唔知佢想点”。
罗友礼透露，维他奶经常会接到不同公司或机构所提出的合作邀约。若在商务上合理，集团会积极考虑合作机会。他亦指，现时维他奶的股价仍有很多发展空间，至于其家族或本人未来会否再买卖维他奶股份，媒体日后留意联交所披露便会知道。
罗友礼提到，中国内地即饮茶竞争环境激烈，故维他奶早前作出价钱调整。现时竞争能力提升，推动销量亦同步上扬。至于香港市场，他认为现阶段无须进行价格调整。
会上有媒体问及集团日后派息政策。罗友礼回应指，过去数年间，维他奶上、下半财年的派息不平均，故近年希望将上、下半财年的派息调整至平均水平，派息比率亦期望继续维持于60%至70%。(js/k)
