智通财经APP讯，中国交通建设(01800)发布公告，中国交通建设股份有限公司（以下简称“发行人”或“公司”）公开发行不超过人民币200亿元公司债券（以下简称“本次债券”）已获得中国证券监督管理委员会（证监许可〔2023〕99号）注册通过。
发行人本次债券采取分期发行的方式，其中中国交通建设股份有限公司2024年面向专业机构投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券（第一期）（以下简称“本期债券”）为第四期发行，发行规模不超过30亿元（含30亿元）。
本期债券品种一票面利率询价区间为1.60%-2.60%，品种二票面利率询价区间为1.70%-2.70%。本期债券最终票面利率将根据网下询价簿记结果，由发行人与主承销商按照国家有关规定协商一致在利率询价区间内确定。
发行人和主承销商将于2024年11月27日（T-1日）向网下投资者进行询价簿记，并根据询价结果确定本期债券的最终票面利率。
